    Grace listened to my concerns and was able to put me at ease. I had previous imaging and Grace was very positive and used that to compare to more recent imaging. She listed to all my questions and concerns and was very calm.

    Dr. Russo is a very considerate, knowledge and caring doctor. His nursing staff is also excellent as is his support staff. The reason I did not give them a 5 rating is that the check-in process was very long and frankly, ridiculous taking about 40 minutes I realize they are transitioning to a new computer system. However, asking you to checkin on line in the waiting room, getting back on line with 3 patients ahead of me and then going thru the whole registration process again manually is absolutely ludicrious! The online process had me taking pictures of my license, and both insurance cards as well as additional information. When I got to the window, the receptionist had to rescan all my cards and license and asked for the additional information again! Having a technology background, I can safely say there is something wrong with this process and it should be reviewed and revised by the new computer company
